I work closely with all of my clients to create high-quality work that clearly meets agreed objectives and forms the basis of a long-lasting relationship. I maintain excellent communication throughout the design process, which involves the following steps:
1. Agreeing the brief
We meet virtually or in person to facilitate my discovery process, which enables me to understand the organisation, their clients/service users and the targeted audience for the project. We identify and agree project objectives, deliverables, deadlines and budget.
2. Research and idea generation
I research styles, trends and the wider market in which the design will operate, to start to shape the ideas process. I then present to you my strongest ideas, along with the rationale, and take on board your feedback.
3. Development
I then develop our preferred ideas(s), evaluating them against the brief. This is where the design really comes to life – and you have the opportunity to request refinements until you are completely happy. Client satisfaction is the most important part of the process!
4. Finalisation and delivery
The most important part for me is client satisfaction. Once you have signed off the final design, I will supply you – and, if appropriate, the printers – with all final artwork files.
Then, I look forward to working with you again in the future.
